1. Cookies and similar technology

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies may use local browser storage, pixels or scripts. They may last only for a session or remain until a set expiry or manual deletion.

We distinguish essential technology from optional statistics, marketing and external-media categories. What matters is whether information is stored on or read from the device and whether personal data is processed.

2. Your choice

Non-essential technology loads only after informed consent. Accept all and Essential only are equally visible; optional categories are not preselected, and refusal does not prevent access to general festival information.

Your choice, time and policy version are stored locally. Cookie settings in the footer lets you reopen, change or withdraw it for the future at any time.

3. Essential technology

These functions are used only to the technically necessary extent. Without some essential storage, the cart and guest ticket purchase you request may not work reliably.

4. Statistics – Google Analytics 4

After consent, GA4 may evaluate page views, campaign visits, interactions and technical use in aggregated form to improve mobile purchase journeys, content and campaigns.

It remains blocked without consent or without configured measurement. Event retention is kept as short as reasonably possible. Provider and transfer details are in the Privacy policy.

5. Marketing – Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel

After consent, these pixels may identify whether an advertisement led to a page visit, ticket interaction or later purchase, and may support audience creation and relevant advertising.

They remain fully blocked until marketing consent. Consent is not retroactive, can be withdrawn separately and is matched against the events and settings actually configured.

6. External media – Google Maps

Embedded Google Maps loads only after consent to External media. No map connection is made before then. The venue address and direct directions link remain available.

The route link opens an external service only after your click, where that provider’s privacy terms apply.

7. Technical review

Without the relevant consent or a configured service, GA4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel do not load. Google Maps remains behind separate two-click approval.

Cookies, local storage, durations, providers, purposes and network calls are reviewed whenever the technical setup changes, and this policy is updated accordingly.
